Union Mills is a village church that draws people from Union Mills and the wider area. This is a friendly congregation that has seen significant growth in recent years. The building has a dedicated car park, ramp access, disabled toilet facilities and loop system. Large print hymn books are available.

Sitting on the world-famous TT course, the church offers refreshments and a warm welcome to racing fans on race days. The church's regular programme includes Sunday worship with children's programme, monthly family service, monthly Saturday Messy Church, bible study and annual children's holiday club.

The building is a hub for community activities and hosts many groups during the week including Brownies, choirs and a family history society.
