Union Mills is a village church that draws people from Union Mills and the wider area. This is a friendly congregation that has seen significant growth in recent years. The building has a dedicated car park, ramp access, disabled toilet facilities and loop system. Large print hymn books are available.

Sitting on the world-famous TT course, the church offers refreshments and a warm welcome to racing fans on race days. The church's regular programme includes Sunday worship with children's programme, monthly family service and bible study.

The building is a hub for community activities and hosts many groups during the week including Brownies, choirs and a family history society.
