Easter Offering Service

The Easter Offering Service is being held at Colby Chapel on Wednesday 6th May at 7:00 pm where all chapels can donate their Easter Offering envelopes. This is being organised by Manx Methodist Women, in conjunction with Methodist Women in Britain.

This year’s service focuses on freedom. Jesus talks about God’s kingdom as a place of release
from captivity, and Unbound: a gospel that breaks barriers tells stories of how this is true.
Combining Bible study, worship and stories from across the world, the service offers inspiration
and prayer for all those struggling for liberation.

The Easter Offering is an important fundraiser for the Methodist Church’s Global Relationships work, with all money raised going to the World Mission Fund. It is part of our celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus and the new life offered to us all.
