Sulby Scarecrow Festival & Trail
Why not join in the Sulby Scarecrow Festival & Trail, which will be hosted by Sulby Methodist Church, with scarecrows created by families & Sulby school.
The Church will be open on Saturday 25th, Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th between 11am and 3pm, and Sunday 26th 1 pm to 3 pm.
First you should purchase your trail guide @ £5 per child in the church during the above opening hours, and then use the trail leaflet to find the scarecrows around Sulby.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, and firm foot wear or wellies are recommended for the railway line. Maybe bring soft shoes to wear in church.
Refreshments will be available in the church – hot & cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes.
The £5 per child includes:
- the trail guide,
- colouring,
- crafts,
- decorating a biscuit,
- story time,
- 'I've been on the scarecrow trail' sticker,
- a knitted pumpkin (1 per family if supplies last)
- & fruit cordial.
