Circuit Superintendent Minister

Rev Steve and his wife Rev Rebecca arrived on the island in 2016, serving churches in the East of the Island. In September 2026 he took on the role of Circuit Superintendent Minister, and now serves the churches in Ballakilpheric, Barregarrow, Kirk Michael, Port St Mary, Sandygate, Sulby,  and the Methodist presence in Pulrose.

Prior to training for ministry, Steve worked for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency in their Southampton headquarters. In 2007, Steve left Southampton to train at the Wesley Study Centre in Durham, and it was here that he met Rebecca, candidated for ordained ministry, got married, and became a father... a busy few years!

From 2011-2016, Steve served in the Cheshire South Methodist Circuit before joining us on the island with Rebecca.
